This presentation is recommended for history buffs and music fans. Come and enjoy an evening of thought-provoking information and fine musical entertainment as the Saskatoon and District Labour Council presents its annual May Day Celebration. The evening will include a multimedia presentation on the origins of May Day given by Professor Charles Smith from St. Thomas Moore College and performances from Carla Carignan and Phil Miller. Proceeds from this event will help fund the SDLC’s Summer Snack program which provides children a nutritious meal during that part of year when school is on summer break.
