A fiddler and a soulful singer-songwriter, JJ Lavallee is a multi-nominated, multi-award-winning Métis musician. In 2023 JJ had a #1 song, a Top-10 National hit, and took home Male Artist of the Year at the Saskatchewan Indigenous Music Awards. Possessing deep country roots, JJ strives to keep classic country in the mix.

Born and raised in the northern Métis community of Ile-a-la Crosse, Joseph Desjarlais began fiddle studies at age ten with John Arcand. And while he’s branched out into performing other fiddle styles, Joseph finds it hard not to turn every tune he plays into old-time Métis.

A proud member of Mistawasis Nehiyawak (Cree Nation), Jordan Daniels also began playing the fiddle at age ten with John Arcand. Jordan enjoys playing old-time Métis tunes and has performed at many competitions, festivals, and conferences across Western Canada.

Cathy Sproule (piano) and Lucas Welsh (guitar) will provide accompaniment.
