With a 20-year career as a sideman working with some of the most respected artists in jazz, NO FILL3R represents the debut band project from Canadian bassist and composer Zack Lober. Now based in the Netherlands after 11 years in New York, Zack has enlisted two rising stars on the Dutch jazz scene; Suzan Veneman (trumpet) and Sun-Mi Hong (drums). The group’s debut album has been hailed by the Jazz press as “quietly adventurous” (Downbeat Magazine) and “deceptively intense and seductive” (All About Jazz).
